Most of us find excuses and reasons to justify why we are not working to achieve our goals. Whether it is to achieve a fitness level, or starting up a company, or completing a task at hand, life is full of excuses and we do not shy away from grabbing one of them.

But here is a man who sets an example for all such people and shows them how to do it. Meet Steve Alexy, a 43 year old bodybuilder who suffers from cerebral palsy.

Cerebral Palsy is a group of permanent movement disorders. Person suffering from cerebral palsy shows signs of poor coordination, stiff muscles, weak muscles and tremors. There also may be problem with sensation, vision, hearing, swallowing and speaking.

You guessed it right. All of the above symptoms are very big road blocks if you are pursuing a sport like bodybuilding. But Steve overcame all those challenges and showed the world that come what may, the invincible human spirit can conquer all.

And he proves this like a boss.

Doctors had given up on him, declaring that he would never be able to walk. But Steve had something else in mind. He started working out in 2011 and gradually started competing . Today, he has many trophies to his credit. This of course became possible with the support of his coach Chris Lovelette.

Proving the naysayers wrong and achieving what you have your eyes set on requires dedication, focus and perseverance. Steve is a living legend and inspires million to set aside those excuses and work tirelessly towards achieving their goals.
